The wedding fair. Reinvented.
Have you ever arrived at a wedding fair, all excited and ready to be inspired, only to be instantly underwhelmed by the scene that greets you?
Rows of 6ft trestle tables covered with creased white tablecloths and littered with leaflets. It’s not a great start to your wedding planning!
RubyBelle Events Wedding Markets' are here to change all of that!
Rubybelle Events Wedding Markets are a specially curated marketplace showcasing not only traditional wedding suppliers but the talented local artisan makers, designers, and creative small businesses who will help you inject more of your personality into your Wedding Day, right down to the very smallest, personal touches and details.
The perfect place to source a bespoke, handcrafted piece of jewellery, a local supplier to create a bouquet made of paper flowers featuring your favourite books, or even a specially commissioned hand-drawn image of your wedding venue.
The Wedding markets do not simply enable browsing, but create an authentic shopping experience for like-minded couples, allowing you to purchase unique personal touches that will truly reflect who you are on your wedding day.
No one item they produce is exactly identical, so each product is unique to its owner!
All of the excitement of a wedding fair, with the added buzz of buying at an artisan craft market!
I work with suppliers that can provide on the doorstep support for a couples wedding.
This means they can visit the chosen venue if they need to and are close to home in case of problems.
I’ve learnt that using local suppliers gives peace of mind to couples, helping them to relax and enjoy the lead up to their Wedding as well as the big day itself.
Creative suppliers who are experts in adding personal touches.
At every RubyBelle Events Wedding Market there are a range of hand selected suppliers from across all areas of the wedding industry.
Don’t expect a room full of businesses competing to sell the same thing. RubyBelle Events’ Wedding Markets stray away from mainstream, and as a result showcase suppliers who are original, different and utterly right for couples attending.
There’s nothing like meeting face-to-face to really reassure you that a supplier genuinely cares about what they’re adding to your day. And if it feels right, you’ll probably want to go ahead and place your order.
RubyBelle Events Wedding Markets are made for couples who support shopping local and shopping small.
Shopping the Artisan Wedding Market offers you the opportunity to shop directly with a fabulous community of local independent creative businesses, artisan makers, designers and Wedding Suppliers who I love and trust from all over the Midlands, all from the comfort of your own Home!

“As a wedding supplier I've been massively put off by the set-up of wedding fairs – they're so hit and miss. But when Becci contacted me with her new take on them, I knew I had to be involved. Not only is the idea current and new, (no standing around having awkward conversations handing out leaflets here), she took the time to meet me beforehand and explain her whole concept. The fair was meticulously planned, branded and researched and was in a beautiful city centre venue.”

Becci has been extremely supportive through setting up some events in my business. She has been pro active in liaising with suppliers and happy to take on all the organisation of the event. Becci’s knowledge of the wedding industry is vast and she is able to suggest the best options to market the event as well. Highly recommended to all

I went along to Rubybelle Events first event and I absolutely loved it. The suppliers were so quirky and different. Even though I didn’t attend as a bride I came away with some awesome gifts, stationary and loads of ideas of decoration and style for my daughters christening - I really didn’t expect to be able to buy treats for myself too. It’s a mix of pop up shops and a ‘how to’ in planning the best event/ wedding! Great event and idea
