Toads Mill are a husband and wife team who grow and processing spelt sustainably on their family farm in Herefordshire.
They turn the grain into exceptional flour, from which they make spelt pizzas to sell from our bespoke Toad’s Mill Kitchen horsebox!
Every pizza is made from hand stretched fresh dough, proved over a 24 hour period allowing the flavours of our spelt flour to develop ready for local toppings and baking for under a minute in our wood fired oven in our converted horse box.
