We hand-select our sellers to ensure they match the ethos of our couples and also to create a supportive environment for you to sell in.

Wedding Market Applications


Applications for the Artisan Wedding Market close on Monday 6th September, and you will receive an email with the outcome of your application shortly after this date. If you have not heard from me by Wednesday 10th September please send me an email rubybelleevents@gmail.com I respond one way or another to every application. If you are accepted your stand is not confirmed until payment has been made in full.




This is my first market, how do I apply?


Our Wedding Markets welcome makers + creative businesses no matter how long they have been in business. RubyBelle Events unique Wedding Market concept offers you a platform to showcase and sell your products, and together with the knowledgeable expertise of traditional wedding businesses' create an authentic shopping experience for Couples who are looking to inject more of their personality into their Wedding Day, right down to the very smallest, personal touches and details. The Wedding Markets are a space that wholeheartedly encourages individuality, embraces creativity and thrives on personal interactions. On the Apply page click on the link for the Wedding Market you are interested in and you will be taken to the Google Form to fill in. You are more than welcome + in fact I encourage you to apply for more than one market! Your stand will represent you and your business to the attending couples, so decorate is as you wish! Your stall must be informative, interactive, inviting and full of inspiration for these couples. This is what you do and you are the only one that can do it! Show them your talent!




What do we look for with our Makers + Exhibitors


At every RubyBelle Events Wedding Market there are a range of hand selected suppliers from across all areas of the wedding industry. Don’t expect a room full of businesses competing to sell the same thing. RubyBelle Events’ Wedding Markets stray away from mainstream, and as a result showcase suppliers who are original, different and utterly right for couples attending. Competition is healthy but not under one roof! Social Media + sharing the details and information of the Event with your followers, couples and email subscribers is so important to the success of the Event. So it is important that your social media channels, etsy pages and websites are up to date in order for when you are annouced as a maker attending the Wedding Markets, couples can find out exactly what you can offer to them on their wedding days.




Stand Price + Information


All stands are priced at £50.00 + can include a 6ft trestle table with 1 chair if required. All we ask is that you are creative with your stands. No table cloth will be included Once a maker is accepted into a market, we do not issue any refunds under any circumstances. This includes unforeseeable events including but not limited to pandemic outbreaks, Maker or Staff contracting COVID-19, government regulations or weather related events. Cancellation Policy In the case of cancellation, the stallholder must inform Becci of RubyBelle Events. Wedding Market bookings are final and non-refundable. However, if a stall booking is cancelled within reasonable notice, RubyBelle Events will endeavour to sell the pitch on to a new stallholder in order to recoup the money. In this case, any refunds or credit granted are done so at the discretion of RubyBelle Events. RubyBelle Events have the right to deduct any associated costs incurred and admin fees from a refund or credit. A record of all stall cancellations and no shows is kept. No shows will count against you in future applications. Once your application has been confirmed and payment has been received, we will contact you to establish whether you have any additional requirements for your stand (eg. access to electricity, wall space, changing room space etc) all additions to your stand must be agreed prior to the Event.




Terms + Conditions


RubyBelle Events will ensure that each Wedding Market taking place complies with current COVID-19 guidelines + restrictions, if applicable, and expects all stallholders to do the same whilst the Event is taking place. Any electrical equipment being used must be PAT tested. You are responsible for arranging your own public liability insurances and Food Hygiene certificates, and a photocopy of the certificates will be required to be sent to us alongside payment for your stand at our Wedding Markets. If you are a food distributor at our events you must agree to always display allergy information as clearly as possible and direct your customers according to these allergy’s and ingredients. If failed to do so sufficiently you are responsible for any effects or reactions your product has caused and may be liable. RubyBelle Events are in no way responsible for any insufficient labelling of produce or the creation and distribution of these products. We would also suggest you consider business insurance and event insurance as they help cover your costs in case of emergency or inclement weather. All Exhibitors and Stallholders are personally liable for their individual stalls, and will not hold RubyBelle Events liable for any damage, loss or theft of stock, possessions or money while travelling to, from or whilst participating at any of our Wedding Markets. In the interest of Health and Safety stalls should be manned at all times whilst the event is open and should not be dismantled until closing time or by express permission from RubyBelle Events staff. The positioning of Stall Holders & Exhibitors at the event are at the absolute discretion of RubyBelle Events.
Every stall holder is responsible for clearing their own rubbish from the venue at the end of the Event. No event rubbish is to be placed in the bins at the venue unless agreed prior with the Venue. Privacy Policy By completing this application form and accepting the Terms & Conditions, you are giving us consent to process your data, and to add it to our mailing listing, which we will use to inform you of team news and future events. Your personal data will be kept in a password protected document on Google Drive & MailChimp. If your application is successful we WILL potentially pass on your name, business name and link to your social media pages or website to specific 3rd party organisations, such as local press organisations to help promote the event. We WILL NOT sell your data or pass it on to any other organisation not already mentioned above. If you have any questions please contact Becci at rubybelleevents@gmail.com




Wedding Market Event Logistics


Each market has its own set of logistics. You will be sent a full folder of information after you have paid for your stand. We usually have access to set up 3 hours before a market. We expect all makers to be fully set up and in place no later than 15 minutes before market opening.




Event Marketing


All successful applicants will feature on the RubyBelle Events website on a dedicated page for the Event, and various social media channels in the run up to the market itself. The Event will also be Marketed by the venue on their website + social media pages. RubyBelle Events cannot be held responsible for footfall in numbers nor poor weather, and will not refund if less visitors come than expected. We will of course advertise all events to the best of our ability and will share this with you beforehand.
We do ask that all exhibitors and stallholders help with promotion of the Event by sharing with their mailing list, followers and Brides to be. We will provide promotional Event material in order to help with this. Visitors to attending The Artisan Wedding Market are not required to pre register or sign in at the Event in order for it be a very relaxed environment for couples. As exhibitors however you are welcome to include sign-up sheets on your stands to gain information about couples who are interested in your products. Please ensure these are GDPR compliant. During the Event we will be taking photographs for social media and promotional materials, and you may therefore appear in some of the pictures. If you would rather not appear in these promotional materials for future events, please notify us as soon as possible.
