Have you ever arrived at a Wedding Fair, all excited and ready to be inspired, only to be instantly underwhelmed by the scene that greets you?
Rows of 6ft trestle tables covered with creased white tablecloths and littered with leaflets... It’s not a great start to your Wedding planning.
Traditional wedding fairs pigeonhole suppliers into a bland format that lacks style. It stifles their creativity and personal touch.
Yet it’s a formula that most Wedding Event Organisers are determined to stick to.
Our Wedding Markets
I give local businesses and couples in the Midlands an alternative wedding event.
An inspiring marketplace where suppliers can meet couples, and couples leave feeling enthused and supported.
It’s a space that wholeheartedly encourages individuality, embraces creativity and thrives on the personal interactions that the online world simply can’t replicate.
Wedding Markets that inspire individuality
I’m Becci, owner and founder of RubyBelle Events, Wife, Mummy to two beautiful girls and, of course, lover of a good wedding.
I also have a huge passion for organising events.
I love the wedding industry today. I love how you can be who you really want to be and inject so much more of YOU into YOUR wedding.
But it hasn’t always been this way.
The wedding industry has changed so much in recent years. But not everything has moved on at the same pace. One of the elements that has got stuck in the past is the Wedding Fair.
Before starting RubyBelle Events, I worked in the wedding industry in a variety of Hotels and beautiful Venues for more than 10 years. As a wedding coordinator, planning the yearly wedding fair was by far my most favourite part of the job.
But I always felt that there was something missing.
I realised that what traditional Wedding fairs lacked was the originality and individuality brought by independent, creative, small business.
I created RubyBelle Events to change this. Using my skills, influence and contacts from working in the wedding industry, I want to support amazing independent businesses in the Midlands to help more couples to organise their dream Wedding Day.
Right down to the very smallest, personal touches and details.
Bringing the local touch
RubyBelle Events is changing the way wedding fairs are organised.
At the events you’ll see traditional wedding suppliers, but you’ll also meet talented local artisan makers, designers and small businesses who can help inject more of your personality into your big day.

Personally, I love to shop local. I love the pride that small business owners have for their products. Products that have been created with their heart and soul, from their kitchen table or home studio rather than a large faceless factory.
I strongly believe your Wedding Day must be about YOU. This is why I work with suppliers who can produce bespoke products and one of a kind pieces that are made for you.
But these amazing independent businesses are often hidden away online.
There are some fabulous outlets for selling online but nothing beats a face-to-face meeting. Our events give couples opportunity to get to know the person or people behind the business.
